RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can change the product you have purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date without destroying, removing the label and using it. Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted for prepaid, unpackaged, unboxed and used products. (Shipping fee for returns belongs to you.) Hazeinfear.com reserves the right to return in campaigns (Pre-order, Black Friday, etc.).

RETURNS

When the returned products reach us; In the presence of the courier, it is checked whether the product is damaged and whether the return rules are followed. If a situation is found against the return conditions, a report will be kept and the return will not be accepted. If there is a situation that complies with the return conditions, the return process is initiated.
When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 working days. During this period, Hazeinfear.com will not deliver the product you have returned.
It starts with getting it. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or other institutions.
